The people on the other end
A person answers. Every hour.
Marcus Kettleborne started the company in 2011 after ten years in a franchise system where after-hours calls went to an answering service.

Our difference is the handoff we do not make.
At Kettleborne, a person in our own office answers every call. They can see which plumber is closest and book the truck while you are still on the phone.
Two plumbers are on call every night, one parked in Fishers for the north side and one in Greenwood for the south side.
